This is our standard Package and offers an incredible opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a healthy lifestyle while enjoying a range of fun and challenging Group Training and Open Mat sessions. Our weekly class schedules have been carefully and thoughtfully designed allowing our guests to not only train sensibly during their time at Titan but more importantly, to return home with a greater understanding of what a sensible training routine looks and feels like.

One of the highlights of our Fitness Camp is our delicious and nutritious food. We prepare a wide variety of healthy and flavorful meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can expect a balanced mix of lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats to help fuel your workouts and recovery for the session.

In addition to our excellent meals, Titan can also recommend a variety of activities to help you stay active and engaged. Whether you enjoy hiking, swimming, or team sports, the Algarve has something for everyone.
