Bryan Michelson


Bryan is a certified personal trainer, CrossFit level 2 coach, and corrective exercise specialist. He has been coaching for nearly 10 years and has helped a wide range of people ranging from those just looking to get in shape and improve their health, fitness and wellbeing, right through athletes competing in sports including CrossFit, Rugby, swimming, and Waterpolo. His passion lies in helping people move better so that they can improve their fitness and performance, help prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and live a better quality of life. Bryan is an ex-CrossFit athlete who competed at multiple events with great success but then suffered with an ACL injury, which is what sparked his passion for learning how to help people avoid and overcome injuries themselves.
